Just Another Scene From the World of Inbetween

You never know what you will find,

while hiking interior Cape Breton.

This moose dropped both it's antlers in one spot,
with a mighty shake of his head.

This is a full sized, man sized back pack!
One antler weighed 13 lbs., the other, 17!

(Photos compliments of The Ranger)

I wonder if he felt a little lopsided with the extra 4lbs on one side of his head?

they really are massive antlers!

I know NS fairly well and it is incredible!! You must just continue to pressure your provincial government. As I said the rednecks kill themselves off on their Atv's etc, but mainly because of their ignorance. The cost of oil will continue to rise forcing all these kind of vechicles off the road anyway. Boom & Gary of the Vermilon River.
